Studie belegt: RUF Jugendreisen ist bei Eltern die Nummer 1

Aktuelle Analyse untersucht die Zufriedenheit der Eltern mit Jugendreiseveranstaltern.

In einer aktuellen Studie untersuchte das IFEM Institut Prof. Dr. Schirrmann die Zufriedenheit von Eltern, deren Kinder bereits mit einem Jugendreiseveranstalter verreist sind. Besonders im Fokus standen Qualitätskriterien, wie die Ausbildung und Betreuungsleistung der Jugendreiseleiter der einzelnen Veranstalter. RUF Jugendreisen erreichte in zahlreichen Punkten, wie der „Kompetenz der Betreuer“, der „Qualität der Betreuung“ und der „Gesamtzufriedenheit“ die jeweiligen Bestnoten im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern.

In einer quantitativen Stichprobenanalyse zur „Kundenzufriedenheit im Markt für betreute Jugendreisen“ befragte das IFEM Institut unter Federführung von Prof. Dr. Schirrmann, Prof. Dr. Lentz und Dipl.-BW Vera Schulte 400 Eltern, deren Kinder bereits eine Jugendreise mit einem gewerblichen Anbieter unternommen haben, detailliert nach ihren Erfahrungen. Der Fragenkatalog der im Herbst 2010 erarbeiteten Studie umfasste 30 Fragen, die von den Eltern anhand einer Skala von 1 (weniger gut) bis 6 (sehr gut) bewertet werden konnten.

Mit einem Mittelwert von 4,9 liegt RUF Jugendreisen auf Platz eins aller abgefragten Veranstalter. Besonders positiv wurden von den befragten Eltern die „Qualität und Kompetenz der Betreuer“ (5,24), der „gute Umgang mit Jugendlichen“ (5,32), die „Vertrauenswürdigkeit der Betreuer” (5,31) sowie die „Integration der Jugendlichen in die Reisegruppe“ (5,34) bewertet. Auch bei der „Ausbildung der Betreuer“, der „Gesamtzufriedenheit der Eltern“ sowie der „Weiterempfehlung“ bei Eltern und Jugendlichen hatte RUF Jugendreisen die Nase vorn.

Die Studie zeigt zudem auf, dass Eltern ein nachprüfbarer Beleg der Betreuungs- und Ausbildungsqualität bei Jugendreisen wichtig ist. Den Nachweis von Zertifikaten oder regelmäßigen Schulungsseminaren bewerteten die Befragten als sehr bedeutsam (4,82).

Die unternehmenseigene Akademie, in der RUF seit fast 30 Jahren Kinder- und Jugendreiseleiter aus- und weiterbildet, bekam erst kürzlich vom TÜV SÜD das Qualitätssiegel ISO 9001:2008. Das Zertifikat bescheinigt ein gut funktionierendes Qualitätsmanagement und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensleistungen. Außerdem erhielt der Bereich RUF Kids & Teens, bereute Reisen für Kinder ab 8 Jahren, im Oktober 2010 vom Deutschen Kinderschutzbund und dem TÜV Nord das Siegel „OK für Kids“ und bescheinigt die besondere Berücksichtigung der Kinderrechte. Unter anderem wurde dabei auch die Sicherheit und die pädagogische Betreuung geprüft.
